Why RHRCI
This Institute is coming at a time when the world and Africa face extraordinary people management challenges, and our mission is to develop transformative HR and business leaders to be relevant in the 21st Century. The bewildering rate of change in people management, diverse generations in the workplace, a more aware workforce and perhaps more litigious than before, new ethical and governance challenges increase the demand for knowledgeable and ethical HR leaders with a passion for excellence. Such leaders will make wise people decisions. The changing workplace landscape demands that HR leaders are not only aware of their local challenges, but are also prepared to compete in an international arena, both in the East African region and beyond.
By the use of globally tried and tested teaching methodology using case studies, using both local and international faculty, while at the same time partnering with local industry experts who draw and localize the experiences, we ensure that our programs foster a culture of continuous learning.
