From NewTimes Rwanda:
University graduates need to have self-discipline and confidence to succeed in the competitive labour market, the Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, Isaac Munyakazi, has said.
He was speaking at the second graduation ceremony of the University of Kigali held at Petit Stade in Remera, yesterday.
Over 650 students graduated with degrees in different disciplines.
Speaking at the ceremony, Munyakazi advised the fresh graduates to be exemplary and embrace national development programmes.
“For Rwanda to develop, it needs to produce professionals who have self-discipline and self confidence, that is why government encourages private investments in education,” he said.
