Required Qualification:
An individual working in an organization in the HR function
A holder of HRP Level I Certificate and must minimum of 1 year in HR Role
or
A minimum of 4 years’ working in a HR Function and a Business Related Bachelors Degree.
or
A minimum of 2 years' woking experience and an MBA / MSC in HR
Tuition fee including exam and taxes is Rwf 1,275,985 per Student.
Exam:
Will be given access to free distance learning certification program on Human Resources the Chartered Human Resources Analyst- CHRA by American Academy of Project Management.
Upon completion of Human Resource Professional Level II, candidates will seat for an internal exam and an additionalexternal exam on CHRA by - American Academy of ProjectManagement - AAPM
Successful completion and meeting the certification criteria members will become double certification holder of Chartered Human Resources Analysts – CHRA certified by AAPM and Human Resource Professional Certification by RHRCI.
